COVID 19 AND OTHER ILLNESS

If you’re sick, feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID 19, you MUST reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment showing ANY signs of illness, you will not be serviced and will be asked to go home immediately. Please be respectful!

ATTENDANCE

We refuse to extend appointments due to tardiness. You will not be charged a late fee, rather, we’ll service you within the allotted time frame. We ask that you be considerate of the appointments following yours. Arriving early allows time to update your paperwork or cleanse before your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

It is crucial that you provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling, changing your service or rescheduling an appointment. 

You are allowed ONE appointment transfer. Last minute cancellations /rescheduling or failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. 

NO SHOWS/ SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

No shows (more than 10 minutes late) will be charged 100% of the service booked!

FOREIGN LASH REFILLS

We do NOT fill other artists work WITHOUT a consultation first. If you are coming from another lash artist, you will need to book a consultation so we’re able to determine whether or not the set is applied properly and can be worked with. A fee of $20 or 20% (whichever is less) will be added to the fill price in order to perform service on outside work. If the set is inaccurately applied, a removal and new set will be necessary. 

AFTER 24 HOURS WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO FIX OR FILL IN YOUR EYELASHES. IF THERE ARE ANY CONCERNS PLEASE LET THEM BE KNOWN WITHIN THAT 24 HOUR WINDOW.

HAIR BRAIDING POLICIES

Please make sure your hair is washed and blowdried before arriving to your appointment. 

GUESTS

We ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment without discussing it with your lash artist before your appointment! We provide luxury services in which we’d like to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
